I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, actina with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the followina Regulation under the Customs Act /90/.

After regulation 13F of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations

. the exportation of those goods to that first-mentioned country is prohibited.

"(2) In this regulation, 'controlled goods' means any goods specified in

the notice published by the Minister of State for Defence in Gazette No. PI

on 6 January 1987 ....

the following regulation is inserted:

"130. (1) Where, in relation to a proposed exportation of controlled goods to a country not specified in Schedule 16, the Minister of State for Defence certifies that he or she has reasonable grounds for believing:

(a)

that the ultimate destination of the goods is a country specified in Schedule 16; or

(b)

that the goods will be forwarded directly or indirectly from that first-mentioned country to a country specified in that Schedule;
