Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, Principal Regulations means the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations.

Exemption of petroleum etc. exported as aircrafts’ or ships’ stores

2. Regulation 2a of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) the definitions of “petroleum” and “petroleum products”.

Third Schedule

3. The Third Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 28a.
