Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Commencement

1. Regulations 2 and 4 are taken to have commenced on 21 March 1990.

Exportation of Goods to the Republic of South Africa

2. Regulation 13c of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulations (1) and (2) “Namibia or”.

Schedule 7

3. Schedule 7 to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by omitting items 4 and 14.

Schedule 14

4. Schedule 14 to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by omitting from the heading “NAMIBIA OR”.
