Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia. acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Regulation 13h (Certain applications to be referred)

2.1 Paragraph 13h (1) (a):

Omit the paragraph, substitute:

“(a) a permission under subregulation 9 (3). 13ca (2) or 13d (2); or”.

2.2 Paragraph 13h (3) (a):

Omit the paragraph, substitute:

“(a) a permission under subregulation 9 (3). 13ca (2) or 13d (2); or”.
