Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 January 1991.

2.Amendment

2.1 The Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Schedule 7 (Goods the exportation of which is prohibited unless the permission of the Minister referred to in regulation 9 or an authorised officer is produced to the Collector)

3.1 Omit the Schedule, substitute:

GOODS THE EXPORTATION OF WHICH IS PROHIBITED WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY OR OF AN AUTHORISED OFFICER
