  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence as follows:

(a)on the commencement of Schedule 4 to the Wheat Marketing Amendment Act 2007 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on 1 March 2008 — Schedule 2.

  1. Amendment of Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958

Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958.

Schedule 1 Amendment commencing on commencement of Schedule 4 to the Wheat Marketing Amendment Act 2007
