  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Customs (Narcotics Inquiries) Repeal Regulations 2007.

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Repeal

The Customs (Narcotics Inquiries) Regulations 1980 are repealed.
