  1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Customs Legislation Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

This regulation commences as follows:

(a)on 10 December 2012—sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on 1 January 2013—section 4 and Schedule 2.

  1. Amendment of Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958

Schedule 1 amends the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958.

  1. Amendment of Customs Administration Regulations 2000

Schedule 2 amends the Customs Administration Regulations 2000.
