An Act to repeal certain sections of the Customs Act 1901.

[Assented to 7th September, 1910.]

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—

Short title.

1.This Act may be cited as the Customs (Inter-State Accounts) Act 1910.

Repeal of ss. 272 and 273 of the Customs Act.

2.Sections two hundred and seventy-two and two hundred and seventy-three of the Customs Act 1901
