AN ACT to repeal the Duties on certain

Articles and things.

[Assented to, 30th September, 4,596.]

it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.     T HIS Act may be cited as the Customs Duties Repeal Short title.

2.      ON and after the coming into operation of this Act the Re,cal

duties of Customs imposed by The Tariff Act, 1893, on the I .

articles and things enumerated in the Schedule to this Act shall

cease and determine, and the same are repealed accordingly.

3.     THIS Act shall come into operation on the first day of Commencement of

October, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-six.
