AN ACT to repeal Duties on Live Stock and

Frozen Meat.

3. IF any person fails to comply with the provisions of the last

preceding section,' he shall be guilty of an offence, and, upon conviction thereof by a Court of summary jurisdiction, shall be liable to R, penalty not exceeding Fifty pounds.
