An Ordinance to repeal an Ordinance passed in the 17th year of the reign of Her pre- sent Majesty, No, 14, imposing Duties on imported Goods, and to make other pro- visions in lieu thereof.

HEREAS it is expedient to modify the existing duties

payable on Goods imported into Western Australia, and to

provide for certain exemptions from the Customs Duties ;—Be it Preamble. of the Legislative Council thereof :-
