I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the
Dated 29 March 1994.

1.1 The Customs (Cinematograph Films) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.1 Subregulation 4 (1):
After the definition of “advertising matter”, insert:

Omit “the Senior Censor and not more than 9 other members.”, substitute “2 Senior Censors and not more than 11 other members.”.
4.1 Subregulation 6 (1):
Omit “the Senior Censor”, substitute “a Senior Censor”.
5.1 Subregulation 7A (1):
Omit “the Senior Censor”, substitute “a Senior Censor”.
6.1 Subregulation 39D (1):
Omit “films and publications,”, substitute “films, publications and computer games,”.
