STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1916.
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Customs (Cinematograph Films) Regulations 1919.
(Statutory Rules 1919, No. 137.)
Regulation 17 of the Customs (Cinematograph Films) Regulations 1919 is amended by the deletion of paragraph 3 and the substitution of the following:—
“(3) All imported posters, photographs, sketches, programmes, slides, and other advertising matter which are not approved or in relation to which a contravention of the last preceding sub-regulation has been committed, shall be deemed to be prohibited imports within the meaning of the
Customs Act 1901-1916, and of the proclamation dated 7th May, 1919, issued under that Act and published in theCommonwealth. Gazette, No. 56, of 8th May, 1919.”
