INSTRUMENT OF REVOCATION NO. 1 (2008)

I, Geoff Johannes, under section 271 of the Customs Act 1901

and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the

by-law referred to in Column 1 of the Table, published in the Gazette on the date set out in column 2 of the Table, and made for the purposes of the item in Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 set out in column 3 of the Table:
