CUSTOMS BY-LAWS.
I, CHARLES CAMERON KINGSTON, the Minister of State for the Commonwealth of Australia, administering the Department of Trade and Customs, hereby make the following By-law:—

Piece Goods used in the Manufacture of Waterproof Cloth.
Imported piece goods not containing silk may be delivered at a duty of 10 per cent, ad valorem for the purpose of being manufactured into cloth made waterproof with indiarubber, on the condition that the manufacture is carried on in a warehouse licensed under the Customs Act 1901.
