CUSTOMS BY-LAW.—MINOR ARTICLES.

The following By-law is substituted for the By-laws relating to Minor Articles dated 20th December, 1901, and 8th April, 1902, published in the Government Gazettes of the 20th December, 1901, and the 11th April. 1902, respectively:—
Minor Articles.
The following Minor Articles, for use in the manufacture of goods within the Commonwealth, are to be admitted free of duty under this By-law, viz.:—

Rings, hooks, and slides, used in the manufacture of bows or neckties.
Manufacture of Bellows.

Manufacture of Blinds.
Actions, patent.
Eyes.
Holdfasts.

Beadings, up to 1½ inches in width.
