CUSTOMS BY-LAW—METHYLATION OF COTTON SEED OIL.
I, GEORGE TURNER, for the Minister of State for the Commonwealth of Australia administering the Department of Trade and Customs, hereby make the following By-law.

Methylation of Cotton Seed Oil.
The methylating substances which may be used for methylating cotton seed oil shall be resin cod oil or whale oil in the proportion of not less than 5 per cent. to the quantity of cotton seed oil to be methylated.
The Customs By-law published in the Gazette on the 3rd day of December, 1901, so far as it relates to the methylation of cotton seed oil, shall be read as one with this By-law.
