1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Customs Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 10).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 March 2010.

1. Amendment of Customs Regulations 1926

Schedule 1 amends the Customs Regulations 1926.

insert

(ea)goods to which regulation 4G of the Prohibited Imports Regulations applies;
