  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Customs Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 3).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence as follows:

(a)on the day after they are registered — regulations 1 to 3;

(b)on 18 May 2005 — Schedule 1.

  1. Amendment of Customs Regulations 1926

Schedule 1 amends the Customs Regulations 1926.
