 These Regulations are the Customs Amendment Regulations 1999 (No. 6).

• The confectionery you have purchased from this outlet has been approved for entry to Australia by Quarantine and does not need to be declared on your incoming passenger card.

   However, please remember you must declare any other items of food or anything which you can eat, which you have purchased before arriving in Australia.
