Customs Amendment (Anti‑dumping Improvements) Act (No. 2) 2012 Commencement Proclamation 2013

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC CVO, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Customs Amendment (Anti‑dumping Improvements) Act (No. 2) 2012, fix 11 June 2013 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
