An Act to authorise a demand of payment
for Licenses to keep Private Warehouses
for the securing of Goods subject to Duty.
| w ILEREAS by thenineteenth section of an Act of Council passed Preamble. | " in the fourth and. fifth year of thereign of Her present Majesty, |
intitaled "An Act for the regulation of the Customs of Western
Australia," it is enacted, that it stall be lawful for the Collector

or Sub-Collector therein mentioned to license by writing under his hand, with the approbation of the Governor, such private warehouses as shall by him he approved of for the warehousing and securing of goods subject to duty for the purposes of the said Act ; and whereas it is expedient to establish the amount to be charged for such License—Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia, by and with the advice and con- sent of the Legislative Council thereof, that from and after the
Price of License to keep passing of this Act it shall be lawful for every such Collector or house, Rio. a private bonded ware- Sub-Collector as aforesaid, to demand and receive for every such
License the sum of ten pounds,
| Act may be amended. | II. AND be it enacted, that this Act may be altered, amended, |
or repealed by any Act to be passed during this present Session.
