CUSTOMS.
An
Act to amend section one hundred and twelve of the
[Assented to 7th December, 1914.]
BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—
(2.)
The
(
a ) by inserting after sub-section (1.) the following sub-section :—“(1a.) In time of war the Governor-General may by proclamation prohibit the exportation of any goods.”; and
(
b ) by inserting in sub-section (2.), after the words “sub-section (1.)”, the words “or (1a.)”; and(
c ) by inserting the words “and sub-section (1a.)” after the words “paragraph (b )”.
