I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under section 4A of the Customs Act 1901 and sub-regulation 128AAA(4) of the Customs Regulations 1926 approve the attached “Refund Query Advice (B760 SEP/05)” form as an approved form for the purposes of making, by document, a requirement for the delivery of documents or information in respect of an application for refund of duty in respect of an import declaration made under the amended Act (as defined in section 4 of the Customs Legislation Amendment (Application of International Trade Modernisation and Other Measures) Act 2003).

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
