I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under section 4A and subsection 64AAA(5) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act), approve the attached “STORES and PROHIBITED GOODS REPORT (SEA) (B366 September 2005)” form as an approved form for the purposes of communicating, by document, particulars of a ship’s stores and of any prohibited goods contained in those stores at the time of arrival at a port in Australia.

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
