I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under section 4A and paragraph 64AA(6)(b) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act), approve the attached “ARRIVAL REPORT (AIR) (B358 September 2005)” form as an approved form for the purposes of communicating, by document, particulars of the arrival of an aircraft at an airport in Australia.

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
