I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under section 4A and paragraph 64(9)(b) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act), approve the attached “IMPENDING ARRIVAL REPORT (AIR) (B364 September 2005)” form as an approved form for the purposes of communicating, by document, a report of the impending arrival of an aircraft at an airport in Australia.

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

We require this information under section 64 of the Customs Act 1901 in order to risk assess your aircraft.  The information you give may be disclosed to the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service and Department of Immigration, Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs.
