I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under to section 4A and subparagraph 64ABAA(5)(c)(i) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act), approve the attached “OUTTURN REPORT (SUBSECTION 64ABAA(2))” as an approved statement for the purposes of communicating electronically an outturn report in respect of a container that has been unloaded from a ship at a port in Australia.
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

| 5 | First Container Discharge Date | If the report is the first outturn report - the date the first container was unloaded from the ship. | |

| 7 | Last Container Discharge Date | If the report is the last report - the date that the last container was unloaded from the ship. | |
| 8 | Last Container Discharge Time | If the report is the last report - the time that the last container was unloaded from the ship. | |
| 9 | Container Number | The unique identifier assigned to the container which is being unloaded. | |
| 10 | Container Responsible Party ID | The Australian Business Number (ABN), or code allocated by Customs (the Customs Client Identifier or CCID), that identifies the party responsible for the container. | |
| 11 | Restow Indicator | Indicate if a container will be unloaded and replaced on the ship. | |
