I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under to section 4A and subsection 64AA(7) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act), approve the attached “ARRIVAL REPORT (SEA)” as an approved statement for the purposes of communicating electronically particulars of the arrival of a ship at a port in accordance with section 64AA of the Act.
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

| 8 | Principal Agent ID | The Australian Business Number (ABN), or code allocated by Customs (the Customs Client Identifier or CCID), of the principal agent of the ship. |
| 9 | Stevedore ID | The ABN or CCID assigned to the stevedore who is unloading the goods on board the ship at the port. |
| 10 | Stevedore Establishment ID | The identifier of the stevedore establishment that is unloading the goods onboard the ship at the port. |
| 11 | Berth Code | The code of the berth where the ship is moored at the wharf. |
