I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under to section 4A and subsection 64(10) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act), approve the attached “IMPENDING ARRIVAL REPORT (AIR)” as an approved statement for the purposes of communicating electronically a report of the impending arrival of an aircraft at an airport in Australia.
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

| 2 | Sender Reference Version | The numeric identifier assigned by the person communicating the report to identify the version of the report or the sequence of related reports. | ||||
| 3 | Flight Number | The airline code (as allocated by the International Air Transport Association (IATA)), and flight number (as assigned by the carrier to identify the journey of the aircraft) for the flight. | ||||
| 4 | Last Overseas Departure Port Code | The UNLocode, as published by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UN/ECE), for the last place outside Australia that the aircraft departed from prior to its arrival in Australia. | ||||
| 5 | Last Overseas Departure Date | The date the aircraft departed from the place identified in item 4. | ||||
| 6 | Last Overseas Departure Time | The time the aircraft departed from the place identified in item 4. | ||||
| 7 | Aircraft Registration Number | The international registration code assigned by the appropriate aviation authority for the aircraft. | ||||
| 8 | Responsible Party Client ID | The Australian Business Number (ABN), or code allocated by Customs (the Customs Client Identifier or CCID), that identifies the operator of the aircraft. | ||||
| 9 | Responsible Party Name | The name of the operator of the aircraft. | ||||
| 10 | Codeshare Airline Code | If part of the space used to carry goods on the aircraft has been leased to another airline - the IATA code of the other airline. | ||||
| 11 | Codeshare Flight Number | If part of the space used to carry goods on the aircraft has been leased to another airline - the flight number used by the other airline to identify the flight. | ||||
| 12 | Overseas Routing Port | For each place outside Australia that the aircraft stopped during the flight - the UNLocode for the place. | ||||
| 13 | Arrival Port Code | The UNLocode for the place in Australia where the airport, to which the report relates, is located. | ||||
| 14 | Estimated Arrival Date | The date that the aircraft is expected to arrive at the airport to which the report relates. | ||||
| 15 | Estimated Arrival Time | The time that the aircraft is expected to arrive at the airport to which the report relates. | ||||
| 16 | Cargo Discharge Indicator | Indicate whether goods will be unloaded at the airport to which the report relates.
