I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under section 4A and subsection 64ACB(6) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act), hereby approve the attached “Electronic Reporting of Aircraft Crew - IFACT System” statement as the approved statement for the purpose of transmitting an electronic report on crew who will be on board an aircraft at the time of its arrival at an airport, using the International Flight Advance Crew Transfer (IFACT) system.
This statement is approved for use on and from 5 January 2003.

| 11. | Travel Document ID | The passport number or visa number of a crew member on the air service crossing the Australian border. |
| 12. | Date of Birth | The date of birth of a crew member on the air service crossing the Australian border. |
| 13. | Gender | The identifier for the gender of a crew member on the air service crossing the Australian border to specify whether they are male, female or undeclared. |
| 14. | Country of Citizenship | The International Air Transport Association two character country code identifying the country of citizenship of a crew member on the air service crossing the Australian border |
