I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs:
a) under section 4A and subparagraph 64ABAA(5)(c)(i) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act), and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke CEO Instrument of Approval No. 58 of 2005 dated 14 September 2005 that approved the “OUTTURN REPORT (SUBSECTIONS 64ABAA(3) AND 64ABAA(4)) - SEA”; and
b) under section 4A and subparagraph 64ABAA(5)(c)(i) of the Act, approve the attached “OUTTURN REPORT (SUBSECTIONS 64ABAA(3) AND 64ABAA(4)) - SEA” as an approved statement for the purposes of communicating electronically:
(i) an outturn report in respect of cargo that is not in a container that has been unloaded from a ship at a port in Australia; and
(ii) an outturn report in respect of cargo that was unloaded from a ship and has been moved, under a permission given under section 71E of the Act, to a Customs place other than a warehouse.
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

| 6 | Responsible Party ID | The Australian Business Number (ABN), or code allocated by Customs (the Customs Client Identifier or CCID), that identifies the person in charge of the Customs place.. | ||||||||||||||

| 18 | Quantity Value | For each line of cargo – the net quantity of the cargo. | ||||||||||||||

| 20 | Number of Packages | The total number of packages in which the cargo is packed. | ||||||||||||||
| 21 | Package Type | Indicate the type of packaging in which the cargo is contained or wrapped, for example, drums, barrels, pallets etc. | ||||||||||||||

| 27 | Marks and Numbers | The package marks and numbers for all packages included in the outturn report and any other identifying marks and brands on the packages. | ||||||||||||||
