I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under section 4A of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) and paragraph 128(1A)(a) of the Customs Regulations 1926, approve the attached “Application for Remission of Duty (B730 SEP/05)” form as an approved form for the purposes of making a documentary application for a remission of duty in respect of an import declaration made under the amended Act (as defined in section 4 of the Customs Legislation Amendment (Application of International Trade Modernisation and Other Measures) Act 2003).

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
