AMENDMENT OF “IMPORT DECLARATION (N10)”

CUSTOMS ACT 1901

I, MICHAEL PEZZULLO, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under to section 4A and section 71L and 162AA(3)(a) of the Customs Act 1901 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 approve the amendment to the “Import Declaration (N10)”, which was approved by CEO Instrument of Approval No. 112 of 2005, set out below.

This instrument commences on 3 February 2013.

Amendment

After Item No. 217, insert the following item:

Consignment Reference

The reference assigned by a cargo reporter that, in combination with the House Air Way Bill (HAWB) number, identifies cargo of a particular consignment.
