AN ACT to further amend " The Customs

Ordinance, 1860."

Her Majesty's Mails: Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the Advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:—

Customs Ordinance, 1860—Amendment.

EVERY master or owner of a steamship as aforesaid who regulation made as aforesaid shall be guilty of an offence, and shall upon conviction thereof be liable to a penalty not exceeding the sum of Twenty pounds.
