imposed in the Province of South Australia in manner here- of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and conscnt of theLegislative Council aud House of Asscmbly of the said Province, iu this present hr l i sment assembled, as follows:

1. i n lieu of and instead of all other duties of' Customs, there Duties,

shall be naised, levied, collected, and paid unto Her Majesty for the uses of tlle said Province and support of the Govcriiinent thereof, the scvcral dutics of Customs inserted, described, and set forth in the ScLedule hereto annexed, and no otl~er.
