Curriculum Council Amendment

Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Curriculum Council Amendment
Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Curriculum Council
Regulations 2005.

4.             Regulation 1 amended

In regulation 1 delete “Curriculum Council Regulations 2005.”
and insert:

School Curriculum and Standards Authority
Regulations 2005.

5.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1:

(a) before item 3 delete the heading “Curriculum Council

Examinations” and insert:

School Curriculum and Standards Authority Examinations

(b) in items 5 and 6 delete “Council” and insert:

Authority

(c) before item 14 delete the heading “Charges for copies of

a student record held by the Council” and insert:

Charges for copies of a student record held by the Authority

6.             Various references to “Council” amended

In the provisions listed in the Table delete “Council” (each
occurrence) and insert:

Note:

1.         The heading to amended regulation 5 is to read:
