Curriculum Council Amendment

Regulations 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Curriculum Council Amendment
Regulations 2009.

2. Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Curriculum Council

Regulations 2005.

4. Schedule I amended
In Schedule I:

(a) in item 8 delete "$70.00" and insert:

$80.00

(b) in item 9 delete "$25.00" and insert:

(c) in item 10 delete "$25.00" and insert:

$29.00

(d) in items 14 to 26 delete "$25.00" and insert:
