1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Currency Legislation (Royal Australian Mint) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Determination is taken to have commenced as follows:

(a)     on 13 August 2011 — sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)     on 31 January 2012 — section 4 and Schedule 2.
