Act to amend the
[Assented to 8 April 1969]
BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—
(2.) The
(3.) The Principal Act, as amended by this Act, may
be cited as the
“(3.) In the making of a coin, a remedy in respect of weight (that is to say, a variation from the standard weight applicable to the coin) is allowable as prescribed.”.
“Fifty cents.............................................. | Four-fifths fine silver, one-fifth other metal” |
and inserting in their stead the words—
“Fifty cents.............................................. | Copper and nickel”. |
