HER HONOUR:   In this application Justice Nettle and I order that compliance with the time limited by rule 41.02.1 be dispensed with and that special leave to appeal is granted.  Justice Nettle and I order that the time prescribed by rule 42.03 for filing the notice of appeal be abridged. 

The appellant is directed to file and serve the notice of appeal by 4.00 pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2019.  The parties will be contacted about estimates of time for the hearing of the matter.  The parties will also be made aware of the directions necessary for undertaking the appeal.
