1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Culcairn Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 581, DP 606508, Commercial Street and Lot 134, DP 753764, Morgans Road, Walla Walla, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Culcairn Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment No 3)” deposited in the office of Greater Hume Shire Council.

[1]      Clause 39 Classification and reclassification of public land as operational land

Omit “cited at the end of the description of the land” from clause 39 (4).

Insert instead “that inserted the description of the land into that Part of that

Schedule”.
