AN ACT to validate a Rate made and levied by the Road Board of the Road District of Cue, for the year ending the thirtieth day of June, 1907.

[Assented to 20th December, 1907.;

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. The general rate made and levied or purporting to have Validation of rate

been made and levied by the Road Board of the Road District of Cue, for the year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seven. shall be deemed to have been lawfully made and levied: and all things necessary to be done in and towards the making and levying of such rate shall be deemed to have been duly performed ; and the said rate may he recovered accordingly.
