[1] This matter came before me at 11:00 this morning and was adjourned into conference by agreement of the parties.
[2] I have chaired conciliation throughout the course of the day and the discussions have been constructive.
[3] This matter has been adjourned and this evening the officials of the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) will meet their members on board the CSL Melbourne by agreement with CSL Australia Pty Ltd (CSL).
[4] This matter is relisted at 10:00 tomorrow morning, Wednesday 3 February 2016 for report.
