1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Crown Proceedings Regulations 1993.

2Corresponding laws

For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, the Crown Proceedings Act 1992 of the State of South Australia, the Crown Proceedings Act 1992 of the Australian Capital Territory and the Crown Proceedings Act 1993 of the State of Tasmania are corresponding laws.
