I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 .11 November 2002

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Regulations 2002 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Conversion period extendedThe conversion period under the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 is extended from 20 November 2002 to 31 December 2003.
