Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Order 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister for Primary Industries, Water and Environment, make the following order under section 35 of the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 .2 November 1998
