Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Amendment Regulations 2004

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 .13 December 2004

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Amendment Regulations 2004 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Regulations 2002 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 3 amended (End of conversion period) Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "31 December 2004" and substituting "30 June 2005".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation) These regulations have the effect of extending the conversion period under the
