Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Amendment Regulations 2003
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 .1 December 2003

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Amendment Regulations 2003 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Regulations 2002 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 3 substituted Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following regulation is substituted: 3End of conversion period For the purposes of the definition of "conversion period" in section 3(1) of the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 , 31 December 2004 is prescribed. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
